The AP9 MK3 Marine Autopilot

described in this document is based on predecessor, the AP9 MkII. The major changes are on the hardware to comply with IMO resolution 694 (17) and the Marine Directive (Wheelmark). The hardware changes are compatible with the AP9 MkII.
