Returns
When purchased directly from the Simrad Yachting website, if for any reason you are not pleased with your order, in line with Navico’s warranty terms (see below) you may return it under normal wear and tear conditions within 30 days of purchase for a refund (excluding shipping charges). Please send an email to orders-b2c@navico.com along with your original order number, the item(s)/quantities, serial number (if applicable) you wish to return and a Customer Satisfaction Representative (CSR) will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. You will also be provided with a PDF containing an address label that you can use to send your unit back to Lowrance. Note that shipping fees for returns are your responsibility. You may also call our CSR Team at 855-894-7195 to request a RMA number. As a policy we aim to refund/credit your account within a maximum of 7 days of receipt of your product to our returns address.
