Active Imaging

We’ve taken our popular TotalScan Transducer, added more elements and have created Active Imaging. Perfect for pinpointing fish-holding areas like rock piles, standing timber, weed beds, ditches and drop-offs, Active Imaging™ sonar delivers superior clarity and the highest resolution images of fish and structure at a longer range than any other structure imaging technology.

Did We Say Range?

Active Imaging doesn’t sacrifice on range. See up to 300 feet either side of your boat and up to 300feet deep with Downscan.

Concentrate On Fishing

Utilising a high frequency sweep, Active Imaging provides beautiful images, while seeing up to 300 feet either side of your boat. Distinguish easily between fish and structure, whether that is a tree, rock or even a sunken yacht.

Resolution You Can Count On

If you can see it on the screen you can be sure what you see is what you get. We don’t guess, nor do we fill in the gaps on the screen.

FishReveal allows anglers to quickly and easily discover how fish orient themselves in and around cover and structure, with clearly defined fish arches. FishReveal™ smart target viewing blends the best data from both Chirp and DownScan imagery, eliminating the need for split-screen viewing and interpretation.

See It Your Way

We allow you to configure your screen as you like, so can see the whole picture. By having DownScan and SideScan on one screen, you maximise the full width of your screen. Couple this with the increased resolution of Simrad Multifunction displays you not only see more range but also more on screen, allowing you to target key areas quicker.
