strong>10 Hz GPS Receiver
The HS60’s high-speed GPS receiver delivers excellent in-band and out-of-band interference rejection for reliable positioning, and fast startup with ‘hot start’ in less than one second and ‘cold start’ in under a minute. Able to acquire a heading fix in less than ten seconds under typical conditions, the HS60 offers heading accuracy of up to: 1 m RMS with differential positioning (SBAS), 3 m RMS with single-point positioning (GPS only). Accuracy depends on environmental factors, number of satellites in view, satellite Geometry, and SBAS coverage where available.

strong>Integrated Gyro & Tilt Sensors
Onboard gyro and tilt deliver heave, roll, and pitch information; offer faster and smoother heading updates than GPS alone; and provide heading updates during any temporary loss of GPS signal. Using these sensors, the HS60 is able to provide an accurate heading for up to three minutes during GPS outages, with an accuracy loss of no more than two degrees per minute and quick reacquisition of position once signal has resumed.

strong>NMEA 2000® Connectivity
The HS60 connects via NMEA 2000® to Simrad AP70 and AP80 autopilot systems, and to GN70, MX610, and MX612 navigation systems. A single NMEA 2000® bus connection is required, standard cable with 5-pin micro connector sold separately.

strong>Small Form Factor, Simple Installation
The compact and lightweight HS60 is supplied as a standalone system including mounting accessories. With GPS receiver, gyro and tilt sensors, and all other electronics integrated into the IP69 water-resistant antenna enclosure, there is no ‘black box’ required below deck.
